Thursday history will be made in Iowa according to the New York Post!
The New York Yankees and the Chicago White Sox are meeting up to play a game at the “Field of Dreams,” in Iowa. This field was featured in a movie and this game is essentially a reenactment of the movie.
For this unique experience, there needs to be a unique snack for fans to enjoy. There was no one better for the job than Guy Fieri, Food Network Star. Yesterday a video was released about the fun snack he has created for the event!
It’s an apple pie hot dog. Two of America’s staples in one snack! He takes a pie crust and puts down a bacon jam which looks amazing! He then adds an apple pie filling followed by a hot dog. He then tops with pie crust and pie filling. You finish it off in the oven and there you have it.
